Who runs NineRadar
TXYOU operates NineRadar (九转雷达). The iOS app lists who finished a 9 or 13 after the cash close. This website explains the count and lets you look up a name. It is not a broker, not a stock picker, and not investment advice.
What it counts
Nine consecutive closes above or below the close four bars earlier print a high-9 or a low-9. Chart labels start at 6. Fail the ninth and 1–8 vanish. A later 13 can start after a finished 9. Cite the 9 and the 13 pages for the wording.
What this site is
English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. The after-close tape on this site is a lookup, not a ranking. Scenes in the journal are how people watch a 9 — not picks.
