Labels usually start at 6. A 13 waits for a finished 9; bar 13 must pass bar 8’s close or it plots +.
US listed cash close is 16:00 New York. Lunch, after-hours, and a 120-minute print are other clocks.

In data feeds: IBEX. The quote screen more often shows IBEX. Exchange: Nasdaq. Market: US listed.
The rule does not change because IBEX 35 is famous or obscure.

It should match: nine closes versus four bars back; fail the ninth and the stretch clears. The quote code is IBEX. If two terminals disagree, check timeframe (daily vs daily), adjustment mode, and whether an intraday print was treated as the close. NineRadar’s extra job is the after-close list, not another line on the chart.
Does an intraday print count as a daily 9 on IBEX?
IBEX 35 is US listed (Nasdaq). The daily 9 waits for the 16:00 New York cash close. Pre-market and after-hours are not the cash close. A 60- or 120-minute 9 is another clock. Do not paste it into the same “today’s daily 9” line.
When does IBEX get a TD Sequential 13?
Not a bug. A finished 13 is rarer than a finished 9. Most sessions on IBEX 35 have no 13. Countdown starts after a daily 9; bar 13 still has to pass bar 8’s close.
