Empty states
An empty list can mean no events, incomplete data, or a restricted view
Rarity is not a test. Read the session date and whether the same market’s 9 list has rows before you decide the 13 tab is fine.
Decision table
- Session still open: say not closed. Do not write “no 13.”
- Snapshot date is an older session: say the date. Do not call it today.
- Scan incomplete or this name failed: say not calculated, and keep the last good row if you still have one.
- Filter or free/Pro view hides 13: say the view is limited. A dash is not a zero.
- Scan completed and the count is zero: say no finished 13 on this scan.
- Countdown is at 12 with a plus: deferred, not finished.
On the market list, Almost shows unfinished 8 only. On Watchlist, Almost is unfinished 7 or 8. It is not a 13. Support can use the symbol, market, timeframe, and scan date. Do not send positions.
