Retail · 涨停
The board went 涨停. I still needed bar 9 versus bar 5.
The name hit the cap at 10:01 and sat there. Group chat: 今天肯定是 9. I still had to wait for 15:00 and then do the boring comparison.
Limit-up is a price. The close is still a close, usually that same printed cap if it never trades off. The trigger does not become optional because the move was loud.
Two mistakes I made on those days
- Counting the limit as a 9 because it “felt like the end of a stretch.” Feelings are not four bars back.
- Skipping the name on the tape because “everyone already knows.” Everyone knew the cap. Nobody had checked bar 9 versus bar 5.
A limit-down close can finish a low-9. That does not make it a coupon. It makes it a finished count on a day people shout. I write the number. I do not write a plan.
One-word boards (一字) still close. Illiquid names still close. If the exchange published a close, the count has raw material. If it did not, there is no daily 9 to invent.
A count, not an order. Questions: support@nineradar.com.
