Choose alerts without promising delivery or custom controls that do not exist
Fewer notes means leaving the extra switches off. This page does not describe a meeting, and it does not add a sound control the app does not have.
What exists
- Master switch, Pro, system notification permission, and a working push registration. If any of those is missing, new notes stay quiet. A note already handed to Apple cannot be recalled.
- Close summary and watchlist 9 start on. When the summary is sent, it counts finished low-9s, high-9s, and 13s. An incomplete scan can hold that summary back.
- Reached 8, Almost, a failed 9, and a quiet day exist and start off. If count 8 is on, Almost no longer includes 8. A symbol rule for Almost, 8, failed 9, low-9, high-9, or 13 applies only to the timeframe on that page. 60- and 120-minute rules fire after that bar closes.
- There is no switch for a different sound on 60-minute or 120-minute notes.
What is outside the app
iOS Settings controls notification permission. Focus can silence delivery. Neither is an in-app switch, and neither is a promise that a note arrives at a clock time. To stop new intraday notes, do not add 60- or 120-minute rules, or clear that timeframe.
