Reading a count
A completed count is not a transaction instruction
The chat in this note is an example of a misreading, not a quoted conversation. A finished low-9 records nine comparisons. It does not record what to do next.
Some English notes call this direction a buy setup. This product calls it a low-9: nine closes in a row, each below the close four bars earlier. The word in the older label is a direction name. It is not an instruction, and it does not say the next close will be higher or lower.
What a screenshot can and cannot show
- Can show, if the caption includes them: market, code, timeframe, session date, and whether the ninth comparison passed.
- Cannot show an order, a size, or the next bar.
- Cannot show which close series was used unless the caption says so. Adjustment and an open bar change the comparison.
