Find out why two charting tools show different counts
This page is written by TXYOU / NineRadar. It does not certify a Tonghuashun or Tongdaxin build. Two screens can differ for ordinary reasons, and a difference can also be a vendor revision or a NineRadar bug.
Compare these five before calling it a bug
- Listing identity: same code and venue.
- Timeframe: daily is not 120-minute.
- Whether the bar is closed for that market.
- Adjustment and source. NineRadar’s China and Hong Kong daily and weekly path requests Tencent forward-adjusted bars, then East Money forward-adjusted bars, then Yahoo adjusted bars. Other website markets use Yahoo.
- The formula, not only the paint. NineRadar paints 6 through the current number while the count is 6–8, and paints 1–9 after a finished 9. Starting the labels at 6 does not explain a calculated 8 versus a calculated 9.
NineRadar is not the referee between two other products. If the count on NineRadar looks wrong, write to support@nineradar.com with the market, code, timeframe, session date, what each screen showed, and the closes you compared. Do not send a position or an order.
