Desk · morning meeting

I read the tape. I did not read a buy list.

We have twelve minutes. If I spend them explaining DeMark I get cut off. If I spend them pitching I get a compliance look. So I read names.

08:46 CST · projector still on the overnight futures

Format I stole from a rates guy who hates adjectives:

  1. Venue and session. “US cash, yesterday’s close.” Not “today,” not “overnight.”
  2. Finished 9s on names we hold. Low or high. Daily only, unless someone asks for 60-minute, which they should not in this room.
  3. Finished 13s, if any. Usually none. I say “none” out loud so nobody thinks the slide is broken.
  4. Closed pairs that completed. History. I do not say 胜率. I say “pair closed, later 9’s close was higher/lower.”

Someone always asks what we should do. I say we should look at the chart after the meeting. The 9 already happened. It does not become a ticket because we sat down with coffee.

I stopped pasting Futu screenshots on the slide. They invite arrows. The after-close list is uglier and harder to decorate.
