Review finished events without scoring unfinished pairs
In the app, Backtest has two jobs. Analyze is one name. Scan is the hot list, the watchlist, and names you add. It is not every listing. Structure stats and the research ledger are separate. This checklist uses the structure definition only.
Three sets, three blanks
- Finished this window: a 9 that completed inside the dates you picked. That is not yet a pair.
- Closed this window: the default ladder uses the close 10 bars later. A low trial is up when that close is higher; a high trial is up when it is lower. Horizon 0 waits for the next opposite 9 instead. Pending trials stay out of the percentage.
- Still pending: the exit bar is not inside the window. On the default ladder that means fewer than 10 bars remain. On horizon 0 it means no opposite 9 yet. Pending is not a zero and not a hit.

The percentage is an unweighted share of closed trials. It does not include fees, and it is not a forecast. Free replay is limited to 365 days. The research ledger is a different screen. Do not add its result into these three blanks.
